All engagements are retained by Ontario law firms. Assessity does not accept direct retainers from individuals. All fees are in Canadian dollars and are invoiced upon delivery of the completed report.

STANDARD TIER  $1,250

For matters where the amount in dispute does not exceed $25,000. Delivery within 48 to 72 business hours of receipt of a complete file. Includes: billing record summary, hourly rate benchmark analysis, docket pattern observations, and Cohen factor matrix. Suitable for straightforward retainer agreements with clear time records.

EXTENDED TIER  $2,250

For matters where the amount in dispute is between $25,000 and $75,000. Delivery within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of a complete file. Includes all Standard deliverables plus expanded docket-level analysis, cross-matter pattern identification, and a retainer compliance narrative. Suitable for multi-phase files or matters with complex billing records.

COMPREHENSIVE TIER  $3,500

For matters where the amount in dispute is between $75,000 and $150,000. Delivery within 10 to 14 business days of receipt of a complete file. Includes all Extended deliverables plus a full nine-factor Cohen analytical matrix, benchmark citation appendix, and a structured executive summary formatted for use in assessment proceedings.

For matters where the amount in dispute exceeds $150,000, or for files involving exceptional complexity, multiple retainers, or time-sensitive deadlines. Contact us to discuss scope and timeline.
